It's been debunked. Congressman was with his wife, not an arresting agent.

I don't know about all that, looks to me like the guy in front and the gal behind are arresting agents and he is handcuffed. His wife might be holding his arm but the agent in front turned to make sure he was following correctly.

Yes, that's them, that is not debunking that is just stating the obvious of what we see in the video, while not mentioning that Blunt's pockets have been turned out, he is handcuffed and the agent in front touches his lapel mic just before turning to make sure his perp is doing what he's supposed to be doing.

The video was created 17 Jan. at 5:57 pm, the vote took place 22 Jan. at 10:30 AM. did you know that if you are arrested and served an indictment you are allowed a bail hearing? It's this new thing where they let you out of jail until trial if you are a not a flight risk or a danger to the public.

I saw that video at least a day ago. No one got too excited about it and it went away. That was McConnell and his wife following them. The Senator in cuffs was ID'd but I forget who it was, at least he appeared to be in cuffs.

The woman holding his arm is indeed his wife, she has very distictive, harshly angled eyes, it is her but that does not mean he is not handcuffed, the alleged arrest took place 17 Jan. at 5:57 pm (not today) taken from the video's meta data.
