If they go ahead with the trial... It sets the precedence for the Law. This means ALL previous Presidents (still alive) can be tried.

So let's see, impeachment of Trump allows:

  • Actual Voting Fraud to be Introduced to the public
  • Barry Soretoro to be impeached for being a fake president and for treasonous crimes against America
  • Joe Biden to be impeached for stealing the presidential election

I say move directly to Military Tribunals. Do not pass go and do not collect $200.

Keeping all that in mind, each day Biden remains in office people ARE being affected by his decisions that will result in immediate loss of jobs. Is he making changes to Trump's national and international orders that may or may not be undone. Will our international partners lose trust in us if they are unaware of 'The Plan'?

Not really sure at this time why we're focusing on the precedence that's being set. There would be no point in going back (presumably after Hussein) now that the chief instigators can't run again anyway. (Bush and Obama both served two full terms, so they're done for. I guess their 'legacy' would take a hit.)

He can now be charged for Crimes Against Humanity ... Precedence is important.

In no way can any good come out of a post-term impeachment, even f it set precedent for other past Presidents to be charged. The democrats will have the house and senate for at least two years, so no impeachment article for creepy Joe or Obama would even be taken up in the house. All it does is screw trump.

Besides Alan G and other constitutional experts say it would never survive when challenged in the courts. It is all a show, to terrify Republicans to get onboard and smear Trump at the same time.

Can you also then impeach past vice presidents?
