If you speculate, or give a PROPOSED date, it's like in business, when you give somebody a quote.
I tell my customer, ah, the project will be, anywhere between $500 and $900 dollars.
You come in later having done the numbers and say, "okay it'll be $845.00."
"What the hell, you told me blah blah blah, you mean it's jumped $345 damn dollars from the time you told me yesterday!!?"
