My interpretation is the White House is clean. Remember these arrests were supposed to happen on Wed, but a credible blackmail threat arose, so they had to stop, find the threat and neutralize it. If that hadn't happened, and caused a postponement, the White House and Capitol Hill would have been CLEANED out by now!

Absolutely NO reason to have 60,000 troops in D.C. at this time!.....and then starting sending in another 30,000.
IF they had nabbed everyone on Wed, when they were altogether on Capitol Hill, it wouldn't have take so many troops. But now that they are all relatively scattered and might be afraid to show up on capitol hill, they will have to take them out at their homes. A little bit messier, and requires more staff to get the job done quickly.
I imagine if they do, do the arrests like this, it will happen at night, so fewer people see it.
Of course that is when the internet and tv and cell phones will go dark, so no one will witness except a hand ful.
