So your saying a man who is running for prez paid for a 2nd rate surgeon who fucked up?

There are a lot of bad surgeons out there. Hence the show "Botched" where they fix mistakes. Also, many things can go wrong to affect the outcome.

And money and power don't help you achieve a great outcome. Look at Kenny Rogers for example.
