Look at the third picture of his right ear lobe, then look at the fourth picture of his right ear lobe. How do you have connected and non connected ear lobes on the same ear, on the same person?
I don’t know, a lot of plastic surgeons said it has something to do with the face tightening. They could be lying I suppose. I mean it’s incredibly clear this guy got a lot of work done. A lot. He should probably ask for a refund.

The surgeon makes a cut in front of the ear. When the skin is pulled and sewn back, the sutures can buckle if the face is pulled too tight. Also the surgeon may sew close to the ear in a way that makes the lobe look attached. This diagram shows where cuts are made:

So your saying a man who is running for prez paid for a 2nd rate surgeon who fucked up?
There are a lot of bad surgeons out there. Hence the show "Botched" where they fix mistakes. Also, many things can go wrong to affect the outcome.
And money and power don't help you achieve a great outcome. Look at Kenny Rogers for example.
