That is a good video but he says, "I just agreed to a plea sentence for a guy." In other words the person talking is not the person that took a plea, rather the lawyer or a judge.

It could be anybody but one thing is certain, no lawyer 'waits their life' to get a plea for someone. The person is likely a big name.

Edit: "so just so you know my life.... I just agreed to a plea sentence for a guy" Maybe I took it out of context.
