I agreed to a plea sentence for a guy..... sounds like a lawyer talking to someone.

Actually probably a judge as they would agree to a plea sentence.

they offer you a plea deal,he mis-spoke, he is probably brain dead, And, there is a sentence for a plea deal. You dont get off the charges, you just admit to it so they dont have to spend the money to prosecute you in court for a lesser sentence.
