It could have a double meaning or 'some' other meaning that is NOT intended for public consumption. Or it could have no meaning at all, but is designed as a kind of 'head fake'. Who knows? I certainly don't. And so far I haven't found anyone one that does know. I've thought about this and the many enigmatic posts from Q. I'm not a Q follower, per se, but rather a Q enigma follower. I may lurk and ruminate, but never base any of my thoughts on their meaning. It appears that Q posts were messages conveyed in plain sight for the purpose and consumption of 'certain' entities, who have the key for decoding it. Is it possible the general public is actually being used as 'chaff' or 'noise' to help in spreading misinformation. Think about it for a moment. This may be a good tactic for confusing the enemy. By chance, if some Q follower in the general public somehow deciphers a message, it can be voided quickly and a new directive can then be introduced. Everything I stated above is a theory. I simply don't know. All I know is that there is a continuous running enigma. It is 'there', so it must play 'some' significant purpose.
I won't speculate on Pompeo's tweets. It could mean anything or nothing at all.
