The first Marker [1] was initiated on the 19th at 4:49 PM. That's when POTUS confirmed Declass of Obamagate documents.

Marker [1] is complete at 3:42 (PM?) on the 20th or later (can't quite tell from the image), per Q drop 3092

Exactly Patriot, and if they researched, MI does not answer to Congress, FBI and CIA, and protection was in place in case what we see today happened. last line of defense to protect the Constitution.
