But I think the subtitles are incorrect. I hear "Don't say anything" or phonetically, "Don't say enn-uh-thin" spoken by the woman walking next to Pelosi. And I don't hear Pelosi answer back with "I won't." It sounds more like "I see." as in I understand.
Also, It appears that the video posted by OP was indeed taken on Jan. 20, 2021. HERE (cdn01.cdn.justjared.com)is Piglosi wearing the same coat, lapel pin and face diaper, as seen in the video, during the inaugural church service where she is not catching on fire while in a church.
And for comparison of apparel on dates, HERE (media.necn.com)is Piglosi blaming President Trump after her ANTIFA goons stormed the capitol. She's wearing a dress, not a coat, that is the same color as the coat in the video. The lapel pin is also missing and the top/ center of the face diaper is not solid black as seen in the video posted by OP.
