Thanks, that seemed where it was going. That seems to be in fact, but the results I've seen end up as "sovereign citizens" in courts that just find them guilty regardless. The request wasn't so much for myself this time, but more generally. I know long form discussion is better to send info, but with hundreds of hours being added per minute people simply don't have the time and so adding some sort of summary or pertinent time stamps is generally helpful.
