Constitutionally it is not a coupe at this point. If Military intelligence has actionable proof the election was fraudulent then they would recognize a illegitimate government put in place via foreign interference. At that point and only that point are they mandated (required) to unseat the fraudulent government to safeguard the Republic from enemies, foreign and domestic. As of noon today there is no lawfully elected president of the US, the Federal Government has constitutionally invalidated itself and the US Military is the new sheriff in town. It had to be done this way for it to be done by the books and to the letter of the law, otherwise it woukld have been an unlawful military coupe, whereas now it is mandated to take control to safeguard the Republic.
