You know when I was a kid I LOVED roller coasters and tilt-a-whirls but a couple of years a go I went on the tilt-a-whirl at the County Fair with my kids and I thought I was going to die. They actually had to stop the ride, thankfully before I threw up.

I have to say I am not enjoying this roller coaster ride we are on at the moment any more than I enjoyed that tilt-a-whirl ride. I really have to mentally and emotionally CHOOSE to celebrate and trust that we will prevail in this battle even when the road is rough and bumpy. What a crazy world!

I find the hardest thing is to discern the actual "truth" of any situation. We have lived with lies for so long it becomes hard to sift out the nuggets of truth. That's when trusting God becomes so vital because even if we lose all on earth, we inherit all in heaven with God. That's the only thing that keeps me sane.

There are 2 pieces of cheesecake left and I'd love to share one. 🍰 Hang in there for a while longer and enjoy the "show", although I have to say I would have preferred a light-hearted comedy over this horror/mystery we are now viewing. The ride WILL end and the show will be over at some point. The Bible says that weeping only lasts for the night and joy comes in the morning. That's what I'm hanging my hat on. God bless you and yours.

I'm just sitting back and waiting for things to progress. Spending more time doing other things in the meantime. No tilt-a-whirl rides for me. I trust that the messages Trump has given us that there's more to come and it's not over yet etc. are sincere, since I can't imagine him leaving us in a bad state. Just gotta let the clock tick and watch what happens over the next weeks. Things are still perking.

Agree 100%. Trying to catch up on everything I let go. It will happen when it happens!

In the meantime, stay safe and enjoy life as much as you can.
