How did you derive that information that Biden actually controls the military? I have cable and I can't honestly answer that. There are far more pieces than you'll ever know. During Nixon's Administration, the cabal told the US Navy to ignore an EO from the President. Read William Cooper's "Behold A Pale Horse".
