See how one lobe curves upward right against his head and the other one doesn’t? I don’t know how it could be more clear

I’m not sure how you can see one curved earlobe and one straight one and think it isn’t clear. I can show you pictures of him from different sides so it will be more clear but you’ll just claim they’re different people. This is as clear as it’s ever going to get from a front shot, the only way to partially see both earlobes at the same time, and it’s pretty obviously clear that his earlobes look different from each other, even if you can’t see where they attach
