Legally, potus has full authority over all militias in DC. So trump called them up.

Trump called them up into Martial Law and the insurrection act otherwise biden could just send them all home. Marshalls have the ability to arrest on foreign soil. So when does the allowance of arrests for voter fraud start?. Does the land have to be reclaimed first? USA INC dissolved?..

This is obviously spitting hairs, but legally and constitutionally, senator Grassley is the current potus.

This is interesting. . . . . and maybe where we are at. . . We know Roberts is corrupt and, therefore, Scotus is corrupt. Would not get fair treatment from our current judiciary, so the only way to prove election fraud is through military tribunals. Q called this. . . .
