>"I know that he has devoted his life to accumulate material wealth."
You actually "know" this? Be careful. You might be surprised.
>"If I were in the minds of those who rule us, I wouldn't be ruled for starters (but here we are mass-brainstorming and feeding intel to glows)."
It's a rare person who gains power and isn't corrupted by it. There are some though that are truly miraculous individuals. The love of money is said to be the root of all evil. Trump didn't need this. He would have been far more richer if he avoided the presidency. Of all the presidents in the last hundred years or so all of them became much wealthier after being president. Not Trump though, his wealth declined greatly. He is also the only president that did not take a salary. Ron Paul did this while being a congressman. I respect that and believe Ron Paul is a good man. Trump provides me with the same feeling. There's too many examples in his life where his charity was exemplary. I believe an upright individual is exemplified by a steady history of showing it. Both Trump and Paul had political beliefs as young men, which have not changed since, and are identical to their present ones. This extremely rare to find with any politician.
aIf you knew you were going to be recorded in all history books: would not your legacy be always at the forefront of your mind?

that is what they say, but I have lately been rethinking parts of that. Our society hates leaders--Kings etc. were held in high esteem by their people in general. They were leaders because they were the best (not this mess)--afrer generations of breeding plus teaching (nurture and nature) dynasties were formed to conform to keeping the best in leadership. All this is imperfect and falls apart (it is not some maxim, or physical law, and human social order is always pseudo-experiment--but our society is trained to hate leaders).
think about it--I understand the proletariat idea and that all men are created equal: but look to what it has degraded into--communism and white hate. Races are huge families; if the leaders of civilization and royals get to the chopping block, how far of a cry is it that the race who built those civilizations is next?
