Biden is only potus if he was constitutionally elected. Was he?

This is obviously spitting hairs, but legally and constitutionally, senator Grassley is now the current potus.

i think getting sworn in counts but is he president of the corporation or the republic

Doesn't change what I said. Legally, constitutionally, senator grassley is the potus. By defacto he is potus.

Granted, splitting hairs. But it is the accurate assessment of things.
