Do the words have to be exact, so that he was actually not constitutionally sworn in, or can they say anything and like swear on the flying spaghetti monster?

Not sure. Always thought when judge said: “Repeat after me. ...” that what followed was a legally binding oath, which had to be exactly phrased. Judge never said “against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” so Kagemusha Biden didn’t say it. Seems the shenanigans that they were pulling (8 minutes early) was not a valid oath.
