I think this New Constitution Republic theory is grasping at straws. I haven't seen anything about it mentioned by Q.

Well, the easy part is that it is history so it can be researched. Unfortunately, most are ignorant of our history and that is one of the reasons why we have been held in bondage for so long. Q makes reference to our founding Father's and to our founding documents so the truth about that ties in beautifully with being freed as a nation.
