I noticed in an earlier message this morning; "join us for more informations", placing an 'S' after the word information points to someone not having learned proper English. I seriously doubt that's a Type-O, the letters on the keyboard are not even close. A General is usually well schooled and there is no way he could have made such an obvious mistake. Just saying.

That was my first thought, then Hiwutsup suggested a VPN which is very possible. On the 18 and 19th messages were all Eastern Standard Time.

Not sure what else to look for but it appears that Pompeo has linked the General's account to his twitter account. So maybe Pompeo was able to verify that the Telegram account is real.
