Then remember back a few weeks ago when he 'broke' his foot and was in a boot. That broken foot seems to have magically healed. People speculated that he was wearing a ankle bracelet. Could it be that Biden had a "GITMO" tour meeting and his fate was explained to him.

I doubt they would tell me anything ahead of time. He would signal to others and reveal the plan.
