As I understood it, today was just the hearing to decide whether or not to release. She (judge) decided yes. Now I guess they are saying it will actually happen tomorrow. (We'll see - I can imagine some BIG no-name person, who would be mentioned in the release, filing an injunction with a liberal, pansy-ass judge.)
