Honestly, I don't know these guys, and when I was first (and subsequently) exposed to this whole thing I was reticent and never followed up.
But I think now, it surely seems, that this is what is going on. Trump has used that EO to seize the first foreign asset, which is Washington DC.
I need to familiarize myself more with it, but it sure does appear that's what's going down.
