I don’t know if this means that the US can’t talk to them in a diplomatic way - Or if the embassies are not able to make calls out.....although given the coup going on, I think it is the later. Cutting communications is usually a first step in a coup d'etat.

Left me feeling wierd...just some of the things he didn't say. Didn't mention Biddens name. Nor administration name. Said he wished them luck, a very important word. Whole thing was unsettling, and just confirms to me that something big is going down.
