Notice the heavy fringe on the flags behind POTUS?

The courts in Indiana (at least where I live) have flags that are not gold fringed, but they sure as hell don't let that stop them from practicing court fuckery!

the gold fringe flags don't mean anything. I found several pictures of trump in the past with the gold fringe flags behind him, it doesn't signify any kind of change
Show us ONE with a 4" fringe around it. I've seen some with rope fringes but NOTHING like this.
Weird and here I thought the gold fringed flag was used anywhere the President publicly appears.
