I think u/Texas-Infidel is a troll. Looking at his posts, he's like u/GodsAngell - completely insane cryptic blathering.
Texas_Infidel might just be LARPing as a Qultist, because his posts and replies are so absurd, it's hard to tell if it's real or not (Poe's Law). This would make him a very effective troll.

I kind of wondered that too. Especially when you can tell he gets a joke that you would suspect a guy like him wouldn’t get. That’s a very interesting theory.
