Tweets are from DJT and his retweets of a host of other people from as far back as August 9, 2019. Most of the tweets have dozens or hundreds of tweets between.
It’s a cool creation. Somebody put a lot of time into searching, screenshooting, editing, and timing with soundtrack.
But in the end, it’s still just some anon’s personal project.
