Depp showcased it while portraying his buddy Hunter S Thompson in a famous movie. I'm not so sure he is opposed to the lifestyle. He sure does love looking like a weirdo satanist.
I want all that garbage out of our culture. We need to stop idolizing the actors.
Yeah there’s no need for it. Most of them aren’t even all that talented. It’s funny how they get all of this idol worship that they don’t deserve and at the same time get tons and tons of hate that many of them don’t deserve either. They’re just people. Mostly useless people, but people.
I’m not sure who is more delusional about them, the ones that put them on a pedestal or the ones that think that they are all part of a world-controlling cabal. Both sides give them too much credit. Believe me there are some really shady people that I don’t wanna meet, but those are the people to intimidate even A-list actors.
But when you watch some guy that is constantly shit on, and maybe for good reason, by conservatives, holding the hand of a dying child and taking it personally and carrying it with him for the rest of his life, it gives you a different perspective. That same actor may be an empty headed liberal moron but that sweet precious child loved every minute they got to spend with Captain America or Thor or whomever. Their parents will never forget it, one of their child’s last truly thrilled smiles. It’s heartbreaking. And they’re not doing it for publicity or anything. No one knows they are there. Johnny Depp has been doing that for years and years under the radar. I don’t know anything else about him, though. Doesn’t talk to me.
