I believe as U.S. Marshalls that means anyone they arrest goes to Federal Prison, completely bypassing totally corrupt D.C. Gov't. "No revolving door" arrests, and then back out on the street in a couple hours by Soros District Attorneys.

Why not swear all 25,000 in..if you are going to do it..then do it right make them all Feds for the day

Maybe they did them in batches? So they can actually hear the oath? I don’t know. Just a shot in the dark here. Because you’re right why wouldn’t they just do all of them.

So out of 25,000 Troops you have 2000 that nominally qualify and meet the unspecified requirements to become Deputised for the Day, Imagine if that metric was applied elsewhere...
