He can't be attorney and witness both, this makes sense

Well if he gets disbarred then he won't be an attorney and he will be the defendant which also makes sense,

How can he be the defendant in Trump's impeachment??

He can be a defendant in any action they choose to bring against him retribution and witch hunts can have many phases try and lift your head up a bit and see how any and all avenues will be used to exact public revenge. There have been calls for Degree's to be revoked literally any thing they can think of its like a mass bullying event businesses, educational institutions,banks all taking Turns to cast stones at Trump and his supporters.
