I mean there’s literally a guy under me in this thread defending the accuracy of horoscopes. We made this bed and we are laying in it. Of course people think this is crazy, half of the people who believe in Q anon are legitimately mentally ill.
We continue to post videos and analysis by people who have been proven wrong, repeatedly, and who continue to have guests on their programs who are wrong, repeatedly, but they don’t care and they keep doing it because of whatever supplement or home prep they are selling.
We have people who have been proven to be wrong, repeatedly, and who claim to have fathered cats with alien women and we call people low IQ for not taking what those lunatics say as gospel .
We’ve earned the skepticism by not having more discernment.

This is basically my interpretation of it, too. Which is why I wish we would stop sabotaging our own credibility by constantly claiming we know exactly what’s going to happen and when and then getting angry when somebody has doubts. Because then when we are proven wrong in our ridiculous predictions, and then lash out by calling the skeptics stupid, we look like liars and frauds.
Most people here don’t use Q posts as guides, they use them as fence posts and end up looking stupid but blame the skeptics for being stupid. Doesn’t make any sense. We also failed to use any discernment in who we put forward as people who are good to listen to and follow as interpreters of these posts. In other words we give a lot of attention to complete fraud and dumb assholes.
Final point, to be fair, this “crumbs” and “disinformation” angle is EXACTLY what I would say if I’m going to string people along with a fraud and want to cover my ass. Do I think that is what’s happening? I don’t know, probably not, but that is exactly how it would look and exactly what I would say to people, that’s exactly how I would sell it, so maybe instead of blaming people for being skeptical we should understand how this looks from the outside.

Real talk though, horoscopes are freakishly on point often... emperical knowledge is still knowledge. Heisinburg states that the bored housewives atomic energy could be in your asshole at any given time and it is proven mathematically. Why is it not plausible to think that massive variations in our solar system's and galactic energy fields could have a subtle influence on epigenetic expression during the embryonic state? Ultimately leading to traits in the fickle personality? After being bashed around by whatever brute environment it was plunged into, common threads were noticed to spin off the same wheel over thousands of generations of observation... leading to a prediction... and you think the person looking for what wheel the thread spins from is ignorant?
