Basically it is so the circle jerk of lawyers, judges and politicians can justify their crimes against you using BS leagaleeze. "And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you" 2 Peter 2:3 IMO, government is God showing man what it is like to have something he created (government) turn against him and position itself to rule over you as a god. There is truth to it. In legal papers corp entities are capitalized (every letter). I believe this is codified early in the uniform commercial code. Look at your birth certificate, is every letter capitalized? If not, then when you receive some gov't correspondence and your name is all caps and you acknowledge or accept it you are trapped in the system.

An example here from a case in MICHIGAN. TIMOTHY KING, MARIAN ELLEN SHERIDAN (several other names listed all in caps) Plaintiffs v. GRETCHEN WHITMER, in her capacity as Governor of the State of Michigan...

It is not for nothing they do this. The names of the people are ALL CAPS but in her capacity etc... is not. That is how it is in the official court papers.

YOUR NAME (all caps) is a corporation as well. Every piece of ID you have, every document with your name printed in all-caps, refers to a corporation that was created at the time of your birth registry, which you were unknowingly made the trustee of. When you do business with the corporate government or other corporate entities, pay taxes or fines, go to court, produce your ID, etc., you're tricked into representing that corporation by not declaring your separation from it and are acting through contractual law.
