Got it. Read most of it, the conclusion could’ve been more damning. I’m surprised they didn’t go harder. The evidence is very clear and while they did absolutely point fingers at the unavoidable appearance of corruption, I feel as though they stopped a little short. I mean, that’s the professional thing to do, I suppose. But their conclusion could’ve been much harsher and more sensational to get more attention and it would’ve been perfectly reasonable and maybe even more honest.
