Wow ... that doesn’t streak? Regardless, excellent point.
Just FYI I used the mixture today, it seems to work ok, but I'll only know for sure next time i drive in the direction of the setting sun whether the haze is removed.
I made it today and will use it on the inside of the windshield tomorrow with microfiber towel, trying to get rid of the inner haze that built up.
Go light on the liquid, the cloth by itself should do a pretty good job of cleaning the haze, dry.
I went ahead and used the liquid after the initial wipe down with microfiber cloth. Using another part of the cloth and with the liquid, I saw a very slight hint of grey on that part of the cloth and took that to mean haze removal. Then using another clean part of the cloth wiped it down again, nothing more came off. The liquid didn't streak, and I would use it again. The final evaluation will be when I'm next driving into the sun and whether there's an inner haze visible or if it's gone.
I didn't use the liquid on any other inner windows due to the car has tints and I don't know if the liquid is ok for that, still have to research that.
