Oops sorry. It is all about the context in that rather significant and early Q post. Generally, these are regarded as comms, which may or may not be. But the idea is that it is a signal that at this moment this is the relevant drop. People are pointing to the same thing with Pompeo's tweets and the infamous rig for red q post which outlines Red1, Red2, and so on. Pompeo's tweet, some would say, would suggest we are now at Red6 (six bottles of red wine--presumably.)
They're mostly all just false associations that people come up with. They never reveal meaningful information. At best they just support their pet theories.
