All of us are having difficulty getting to the files on the Senate Website (too much traffic). Here's a downloaded PDF of the Senate interview of Handling Agent 1 (name redacted). He's the guy who was the handler for Christopher Steele. Confirmed in these notes is that Christopher Steele was an active Confidential Human Source for the FBI.
