It actually landed at Manassas Regional Airport - about 50 miles away from DC in Northern Virginia. No military facilities around nor jails/prisons in the area other than local city jail.

FYI, The DOJ was in Tulsa (likely for a pick-up) on Monday. The route was from DC via New Orleans then to Tulsa and back.

Manassas is the base airport for this plane. It's a half hour drive from the FBI center at Quantico. You may have heard of it.

Okay, ... Quantico has its own airfield - MCAF TURNER FIELD. I guess the FBI don't use the local airfield
