Interesting theory. They were actually talking about the fact that Nancy has signed but not sent the Article. Based SOLELY on that iPhone pic that's being circulated (sorry, I don't have an image), I wonder if she'll wait until (approx) 1:56pm EST today to send the Article.

And of course their media lapdogs will make a YUGE effort to cover that and not the Declass.
