An extraordinary theory claims Biden will be arrested and America saved

An extraordinary theory is now emerging that claims a combination of FEMA and the US military will save the nation, arrest Biden and the traitors, and restore our constitutional republic.

This action should begin to occur on January 19th and carry through the 20th, its advocates say.

This is is actually a compelling progression of thought that fits a number of timed events. Jan 20 - no one get's coronated, as the US government is essentially run by Military & FEMA. Before the 'keys' were turned over , 45 has provided evidence for the crimes that fit the 2018 EO International Election assault , and a host of other crimes - crimes that have been under sealed indictment for perhaps many years. Military and FEMA set up their own courts/tribunals , and remove old pieces off the board. Congress is no longer valid (perhaps 1/3 of Congress is detained and dealt with) , SCOTUS - the chief justice has problems - gone , State officials removed (NY,CA,BeetleJuice....) - new government formed , DJT begins term#2 by April 1.. Mike Adams makes a compelling strategy to save the USA , and a lot of the pieces are already in-place it seems... we'll see soon.

What reproducible testing has been performed to form this theory?

Sounds more like conjecture to me. A hypothesis at best.

Here's an "extraordinary theory" -

People will be told that a combination of FEMA and the US military will save the nation. And that they need to sit on their asses and just let it happen. This will allow all the pieces to be put into place without anyone resisting.

Then, once all of the pieces are in place, a combination of FEMA and the US military will complete the enslavement of White America.

Well.... that isn't an extraordinary theory. It's a likely theory that's supported by past events.

I bet there are enough pedos in the US to fill up all the FEMA camps just sitting there empty awaiting their guests. I know, I know. Everybody's concerned about overcrowding, but this isn't an issue because they'll each get a speedy trial and those convicted will be executed.
