In the case of abortion it was illegitimate at best, in this case it is just lacking in knowledge most likely. As mentioned below, the poster's imagined idea that after being sworn in, the Presidency can later switch to the runner-up if fraud is later proven does not exist in the Constitution. It would be idiotic to let Biden be sworn in and then so argue.
