No. You want Joe taken down before he's sworn in as President. If you wait until say after 12:30 Jan 20th it will look like Trump is a sore loser. He going to made out to be a dictator over throwing the duly elected President of the U.S.

Not at all. If the first place winner of a race is later found to have cheated, he's disqualified. The trophy doesn't go nowhere or to some random person in the stands....it goes to who was the runnerup but the actual winner because the "winner" cheated. Trump is the only other candidate. He wins by default because if there wasn't cheating, he would have naturally won.

Then there's the whole speculation of going back to pre-1871 government which makes Prez 45 the last one for USA Inc and then makes him, upon reinauguration, the 19th president of USofA as it was originally founded. If that all happens, then it doesn't matter if Biden is sworn in because it would be for a defunct corporation that is now dissolved. Like being crowned king of the snow fort. Sun comes out and you're king no more.

It isn't a sporting event, or beauty contest where the runner-up gets the crown if the original winner was found to have broken a rule, or the like.

The Constitution has no provision such as you imagine.

Constitutionally, a President can be removed only by an impeachment conviction or resignation. There is nothing about relitigating, recounting, re-certifying, or re-anything for any reason after being sworn in.

We have an intellectually dishonest person who will insist that I can't say there is nothing without proving there is nothing. However I do not wish to paste the entire US Constitution here for you to scan through to see there is nothing for the process you say. Go find for yourself if doubting.

Little comment on your "USA Inc" and "defunct corporation' for which you also have nothing, but if you did you could post your actual evidence, surely, right? Not asking you to prove non-existence, but to have a shred of evidence for existence of what you claim.

Me, I'd wait until 6am Wednesday Jan 20th to arrest Joe Biden and start rounding up the traitors.
