I've heard talk that the United States Corporation has been quietly dissolved. Would it not then follow that if Joseph Biden is inaugurated as President of a defunct corporate entity then he would be President of nothing?

Yep thats the plan that went into effect on Jan 1 2021. We are once again the United States Republic.
