Correct, so the insurrection would be that the democrats dont belong in DC, nor is Biden a president. So if the democrats say Biden is President of the NEW US then that also would mean insurrection. So then the impeachment comes into focus as a coup (which it really is). but what about all the past voter fraud from 2018? does that qualify to arrest and remove fraudsters?

i firmly believe voting fraud has been happening for QUITE some time. not just dominion/ecs(or whatever the other is called) machines

IMO, if you put your ballot into a MACHINE, it is susceptible to fraud.

That's basically what I've read as well. And also all those that were elected to office, senators, representatives, et al were all elected to an office that represents nothing and no one.

I know that most think that NESARA is a pipe dream, but I have seen so much implementation of it during Trumps presidency. The gradual absorption of the Federal Reserve by the Treasury Department, installation of hundreds of Constitutionalist judges, ceasing of all military aggression worldwide, monitoring of elections etc...

If the plan all along was NESARA, as soon as it's implemented, new elections of all government officials must take place in 120 days. The 2020 election is moot, and at this point all have shown their true colors to the people. I have a feeling the insurrection act was enacted long ago, and the military has been getting ready for the reveal.

Facts are less important than people's understanding of events. If Biden can command the military and political groups, the old USA corporation continues regardless of what legal documents have been signed.

How about first support that this "United States Corporation" is a real thing with evidences beyond just finding people that assert it without evidence, before going to the next step of "hearing talk" that that has been dissolved.

Hint, if you go to the actual legislation from 1871 etc it doesn't say what those people say it does.

If you like research, you have some research to do that's needed before wondering about what you've heard without evidence of this phantom, allegedly being "dissolved" recently, again with no evidence.

If you don't need evidence, then never mind, facts don't matter.

You are making the implicit claim that there is no Corporation of the United States and that there is no Shadow government, so other people should do lots of research. Why don't YOU do research and prove your claim?

Really. You seriously think that when you claim a phantom for which you have no evidence besides people asserting it with no evidence, I am the one who needs to show you something?

If that is your actual thought process then you need help.

Since you failed to have any evidence for your assumption, and failed to realize that in that case you ought to go try to get some if there is any (there isn't), I will help your sauce-less self out. Try these two to start:

Try finding any law ever passed that actually has in it what your phantom theory claims. The generally cited supposed law is above, and does no such thing as replace the country's form of government as ignorantly or as purposeful info claimed by many, including assumed by you, without any evidence whatsoever.

I'm not going to go back and forth with you as I take it you simply believe whatever fits your narrative, with utter lack of evidence no problem for you, and evidence contradicting what you like to believe being no problem for you either, simply something to ignore or mouth off stupidly on as you did above. This is posted for others, not for you, as your MO clearly has got nothing to do with facts.

You made the claim. That's exactly how the burden of proof works.

If you think people are believing something stupid, it is your burden to prove them wrong.

If you think any differently, you're the one that needs help. It's argumentation 101. If you have the claim, you support it.
