They would be more likely to shred the Constitution than get 2/3rds of Congress and 3/4's of the States to ratify this.

Patriot, just look back a few years ago, when the Democrats stated the Constitution was outdated and needed be gotten rid of.

Normally I would agree with this 100%, But we are not in normal times. The Dominion Voting Systems, if left unchecked, can change Congress and the States within OUR lifetime.

Once that happens, all bets are off the table.
