You'd normally be right. There are so many with charges of treason they just use the copter to fly military judges to spots, they have 15 minute trials where the person has to prove they are innocent or just get judged on evidence. If guilty you are made to jump on a trampoline below the rotors to death. The use hand tasers as incentive for the guilty to hop higher. It's a bloody rain of death that is on par with a Galager watermelon appearance in having wet shit flying around. It is efficient though clearing dozens a day per copter. It's where that famous saying "We chop up more traitors before 7 than some do all day".
