Not to state that the Bill will not be modified in the future, but presently I find no where in it mentioning any 'teeth' to in the Act.
Again, I don't agree with the foundation of such an Act, but much of the political chess game is about narrative, isn't it? Lawyers are taught to arbitrate or to 'settle' outside of court. The court is a big stage act requiring a lot of time and energy that gets quite a bit of the lime light. Business men like Trump also understand the advantages and disadvantages of exposure. When you are at war with the Fractional Reserve Banking System, to which Trump is ultimately engaged in, what are the battle tactics for winning such a war? Who is the enemy and the actual force responsible for the foundation of that 'shitty little country' anyway? The tactics being used in this warfare is certainly something you don't fully understand nor do I. The original Bill wasn't authored by Trump. So, who authored it? My guess it was a MOAB launched at Trump by the democrats and anti-Trumpsters to put him on the defensive. It's warfare. Politics is an ugly game, especially when a war is being waged.
