I can speak to this as I am on the coast. Horrific storm last night--flooding, winds up to 60mph, and incredible rain. It got so bad that I went to weather.gov to look at all the advisories. It hit from Seattle all the way down to Crescent City, CA. We lost power twice, very briefly.
