I don't believe he is relinquishing power. Mil will intercede, arrest traitors, "smite the bastards", reestablish govt and I would imagine Trump remains POTUS through this process (but arms length from Mil Operations) and get hands on the remainder of his 2nd term. Discounting the Dem Election Fraud, he won the election.
